These terms apply when you buy from celesteforever.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

Orders

Your order is binding once you receive our order confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT, duties and import fees. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You can pay by card, Vipps, Klarna, PayPal and in some areas local providers. Klarna's own terms apply when you pay with Klarna.

Delivery

See our shipping policy for carriers, costs and delivery times. The risk for the goods passes to you when you receive them.

Cancellation, returns and faulty items

You may cancel until your order is dispatched and return items within 14 days of receiving them. Faulty items are covered for 2 years, or 5 years for items meant to last substantially longer. See our refund policy for how this works.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. Keep your login details to yourself. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Product information

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and handmade or natural-fibre knitwear may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you live in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer rights that the law of that country gives you.

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll try to sort it out. Consumers in Norway can bring a complaint to Forbrukerrådet. Consumers elsewhere can contact their national consumer authority, or a court where they live.
