Refund policy

You may return anything within 14 days of receiving it. We refund the full price you paid, minus the cost of the return label.

Cancel before we ship

You may cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email contact@celesteforever.com with your order number, and we refund you in full.

Returns (14-day right of withdrawal)

  1. Email contact@celesteforever.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and what you're returning. You can also use the form below.
  2. We will send you a return label and, outside Norway, the customs documents your parcel needs. Use these so your return clears customs.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of contacting us.

Try items on as you would in a store. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct for the loss in value.

Return cost

Returns are not free. We deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. The amount per market is in our shipping policy. You only pay this once per return, however many items it contains.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us when you contact us and we'll send the new item once the original is back with us. The return label cost applies as for a normal return.

Refunds

We will refund you as soon as we receive the items back from you, to the payment method you used: card.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us with a photo. You pay nothing to send it back. We repair, replace or refund it under Norwegian consumer law. You can complain for up to 2 years after receiving the item, or 5 years for items meant to last substantially longer. This is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and comes on top of it.
